Financing for restoration, remediation and cleaning
Your company responds to emergencies and gets paid later, often through an insurer. We help you explore capital to carry that work, or financing to buy your warehouse.
GROW™ — capital for your next stage
GROW™: up to $350,000, up to 10-year terms, no prepayment penalty and no specific personal collateral required.
What owners typically invest in
- Drying, dehumidification and cleaning equipment
- Trucks and trailers for crews
- Payroll while insurers pay out
- Certifications and crew training
- Warehouse expansion or a second crew
OWN™ — buy the building where you operate
Drying equipment, containers and the warehouse are your response capacity. Renting limits how much gear you can keep ready and ties your base to a lease. Owning the property lets you grow the fleet and keep equipment staged year-round.
What lenders typically review
Lenders usually review how long the business has operated, its cash flow, the owners’ credit and insurer relationships and payment timing. For GROW™, reference guidelines include three or more years in operation, a personal FICO of 650 or above, a minimum SBSS score of 165, personal and business debts current, repayment capacity with a minimum DSCR of 1.25x and no bankruptcy in the last seven years. GROW™ does not require specific personal collateral, though limited business collateral requirements may apply. To buy the property through OWN™, your business must occupy most of the building.
Frequently asked questions
Does capital cover the gap between the job and the insurer paying?
That is one of the most common uses. Working capital is contemplated, subject to lender review.
Can I finance new emergency equipment?
Yes, equipment is a primary GROW™ use, with terms up to 10 years and no prepayment penalty.
Can I buy the warehouse I rent?
In many cases, yes, if your company occupies most of the property, through OWN™.
Do I need specific personal collateral?
No. GROW™ does not require it; limited business collateral requirements may apply.
