What owners typically invest in

 • Hiring seasonal labor
 • Expanding acreage or facilities
Rent to equity

OWN™ — buy the building where you operate

Land, storage buildings and irrigation are the business, not an accessory. Renting means improving ground you do not own and depending on a lease renewal to plan the next cycle. Ownership protects the investment you leave in the soil and the infrastructure.

What lenders typically review

Lenders usually review how long the business has operated, its cash flow, the owners’ credit and your history across several production cycles. For GROW™, reference guidelines include three or more years in operation, a personal FICO of 650 or above, a minimum SBSS score of 165, personal and business debts current, repayment capacity with a minimum DSCR of 1.25x and no bankruptcy in the last seven years. GROW™ does not require specific personal collateral, though limited business collateral requirements may apply. To buy the property through OWN™, your business must occupy most of the building.

Frequently asked questions

Can capital cover the gap between planting and harvest?

In many cases, yes. Growth capital is often used for inputs and payroll while harvest income is still months away, subject to lender review.

Can I buy land with this financing?

Property purchases run through OWN™, which covers amounts up to $5 million or more with a target closing of 45–60 days. Requirements depend on the program and lender.

How is seasonal income evaluated?

The lender looks at several cycles of history and your annual repayment capacity, not a single month. That is why complete financial statements matter.

Do I have to pledge my home?

GROW™ does not require a lien on specific personal assets. Limited business collateral requirements may apply.
